Kevin P. Meehan, Sr. Managing Partner

Kevin's background includes almost 30 years in the mortgage banking and brokerage business. In 1980, Kevin started out at one of New York's largest commercial mortgage companies. In 1986, he became a Vice President for American Capital Enterprises, Inc. before becoming an Executive Vice President for a Texas Pension Fund Advisor handling the entire Northeastern US.

In 1992, Kevin became the New York City area manager for one of New York State's largest savings bank overseeing mortgage originations in the Tri-State area. In 1995, he, along with a Wall Street financial trader and an international banker, started what is now Atlas Commercial Capital, Inc.

Kevin's personal success includes the financing of hundreds of commercial properties nationwide. These properties consist of multifamily complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, mixed use complexes, condominiums, marinas and hotel properties. He has also brokered the sale of numerous commercial properties as well as arranged joint ventures.
